Description

Carved wooden frame holds seven cow horn resonators. It can be worn around the neck when played. The seven wooden mallets were likely attached at one time and hit the horns to produce sound when played.

Researched and conserved by Ashley McLaughlin, under Dr. Billie Follensbee for ART/MST 488: Basic Conservation of Art and Artifacts at Missouri State University.
